RFH JUNIOR Bulldog Wrestling Club
WELCOME
The Junior Bulldog Wrestling Club develops champions on the mat and in life through a structured program based upon values, commitment, healthy habits and skills development. We emphasize the fundamentals of wrestling to include basic skills, drills and techniques in a fun and positive manner. Club members will gain great knowledge of wrestling and will have the opportunity to travel for competition.

Kindergarten - 1st Grade
8:30 - 9:30am Saturdays
2nd - 8th Grade
5:45 - 6:45pm Mondays through Thursdays (flexible self-schedule, expect 2-3 nights based on group)
9:40 - 10:40am Saturdays for 2nd - 4th grade
10:50 - 12:00pm Saturdays 5th - 8th grade
Practices start Nov. 1, 2025
